Most investigations in the structure of personality traits do not adequately address age; instead, they presuppose a constant across lifespan. Further, few studies look at a-theoretically, often neglecting to examine relationship among indicators within trait (convergence) and (divergence). Using network approach, present study examines (1) age differences divergence convergence, (2) similarity between Big Five structures, (3) consistency groups large, cross-sectional sample. Results indicate that convergence shows early gains adolescence with lifespan, while mostly weakens adulthood. The result these age-related is only parallel young but older adults. adults tends be quite similar structures appear greatly differ from one another.
